Driven by a strong business mindset since childhood, Anila, a national level gymnast, was raised in Karachi, the cosmopolitan fashion hub of the East.

Having strong roots in the east, she is well aware of the challenges that a girl comes across in her life in traditional societies. Armed with her sensitivity, Anila is now committed to using her western education and free thought to help empower women around her.

In partnership with her sister, she has created her fashion brand SHENANNZ which is in the process of showcasing her east-west modest, fusion couture collection internationally with a deeper message of women's emancipation and empowerment.

Her presence in the world of fashion and glamour in Europe led to SHENANNZ becoming an international brand.
