Meet the Panelist Tiwanda Griffin-Greer Episode 2
Tiwanda Griffin-Greer was born in Alexandria Virginia, raised in Raleigh North Carolina and is married to William DeShon Greer and has 2 children: Aaron-27, and Cristian-22. After graduating high school, she attended Draughons Medical College in Atlanta Ga. where she became a Medical Assistant. Upon graduation, she was employed at Planned Parenthood of Greater Raleigh; Dr's Urgent Care Center and served a brief stint at the local health department while awaiting admission to nursing school. She decided to enlist in the Air Force in 1994 and served as a surgical services technician, a recruiter as an Enlisted Accessions recruiter, an Operations NCO, and Prior Service liaison, and as an instructor and Senior Enlisted Leader of the USAF/Navy Surgical Technology Program relocation from Sheppard AF TX to Ft. Sam Houston TX, and finally, performed as a First Sergeant for the final 7 years of her enlisted career, bringing her to the end of an 25 year military career.
