Change Starts with Self Love


In this episode 23, Former DEA Agent & Human Behavior Expert Janice Niederhofer and I discuss how to understand, and ultimately navigate what she calls "the critter brain" - the unconscious part of ourselves that drives 93-98% of our behaviors. Teasing out the positive intentions behind our partner's behavior can help us achieve mutual understanding and help to resolve issues between us, but ultimately living in self love will affect how you show up every day.
