Frequently, people confuse the emotion (anger, that we want) with behavior (violence, that we don't want), which obfuscates the messenger role that the emotion of anger plays in our lives. Once we understand the message, the anger drops, so it's imperative we learn how to recognize and use anger as an ally in our lives..
